Fee Schedule

 

Half Day (4 hours): $175.00 per hour per party for 2-party cases totaling $700.00 per party. 
$175.00 per hour per party for 3 or more parties. 
This includes all pre mediation work including review of all materials and consultation. 

Full Day (8 hours): $175.00 per hour per party for 2-party cases totaling $1400.00 per party. $175.00 per hour per party for 3 or more parties. Full day mediations exceeding 8 hours will be billed at the rate of $100.00 per hour for each party. 
 

Express Mediation (2 hours) for 2-party cases: 

$350 per party. Includes pre-mediation consultation and review. Express mediations exceeding 2 hours will be billed at the rate of $100.00 per hour for each party. 
No administration fee, cancellation fee, or rescheduling fee is charged. No travel fee is charged for cases in Washington State; however for cases requiring travel over 60 miles from Seattle, will be billed an additional $75.00 per party. 
A confirmation letter and invoice setting forth the fees will be sent to all parties. If needed an additional invoice will be sent to parties if need be post mediation.
